Wageman Chiropractic » Chiropractor in Utah
My goal is to restore and maintain my patient's maximum attainable level of health, not merely the absence of symptoms. I seek to take my patients from where they are to where they would like to be. I accomplish this primarily through spinal adjusting. I use only the amount of force necessary, which is generally light. I use a variety of techniques known as the Palmer Package to accomplish this. I have also had extensive post graduate training in extremity adjusting (i.e. shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles and feet). Where appropriate, I recommend nutritional supplementation to chemically assist in the healing process. I use Standard Process(TM) products almost exclusively because they are whole food organically grown concentrates.
I use a variety of tests in the initial evaluation which may include, but are not limited to, computerized electromyography, thermography, orthopedic/neurologic exams and X-rays and other imaging techniques if indicated. I avoid X-rays whenever possible.
I am a former competitive body builder, played rugby for Palmer College of Chiropractic while attending chiropractic college in Davenport, IA and maintain a strong interest in sports, health and nutrition.
